Why multi-supplier consolidation matters

When you source the same products from multiple suppliers, each feed may use different column names, SKU formats, and price conventions. Merging them by SKU gives you a single view of the best available price and stock level for every product.

Mapping each supplier independently

The consolidator lets you assign the SKU, price, and quantity columns separately for each supplier. Column names like SKU, Product Code, Item, or sku all work — you choose which column plays which role.

Choosing the winner when SKUs match

When the same SKU appears in two or more feeds, the tool applies the selection rule you chose before exporting. Both the consolidated output and a conflict report are generated — the report lists every supplier that offered the SKU, along with the price and quantity each provided.

Importing the result

Download the consolidated CSV and use it directly in your store or ERP. If any SKUs had conflicting prices or quantities, open the conflict report first to make a final decision.
