Nablyx does not store this data in a database — it is retained only according to our email provider's and mailbox's normal retention practices.

Nablyx does not run a customer database, so the only personal data we hold is what you send us. Contact messages stay in our email delivery provider's systems and in our mailbox under their normal retention practices. We remove messages once they are no longer needed for the request they relate to or for a legal obligation that applies to us.
