The service

Nablyx provides online tools for file, data, and related workflows. Some tools process data directly in your browser, while future or more demanding tools may use server-side processing where clearly indicated. Tools are provided on an as-available basis and may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Nablyx only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

Your files and data

You are solely responsible for the files and data you process using Nablyx, including having the right to use and process them. For browser-processed tools, your files stay on your device and Nablyx has no access to their contents.

Availability

Nablyx is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Nablyx name, design, and underlying software are the property of its operator. You retain all rights to the files and data you process; using a tool does not transfer any ownership of your content to us.

Prohibited use

You may not use Nablyx to process unlawful content, to violate the rights of others, to distribute malware, or to automate abusive or excessive load against the service.

No warranty

Nablyx tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Always review tool output before relying on it, especially for financial, legal, or operational decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nablyx and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Future paid services

Nablyx may introduce optional paid plans or features in the future, such as higher processing limits. No subscription currently exists; free tools remain free unless clearly stated otherwise.

Termination and abuse

We may restrict or block access for any user or IP address that abuses the service, attempts to circumvent limits, or violates these terms.

Governing law

Nablyx operates from Brandenburg, Germany, and these terms are governed by German law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page applies from the review date shown above, and any change applies to your use of Nablyx from that date onward, subject to applicable law.
