SKU casing: matching across different formats

Suppliers name SKUs differently: SKU-100, sku-100, Sku_100. The consolidator can normalize casing so these are recognized as the same product. When case-insensitive matching is enabled, casing differences are reported as identifier conflicts.

Column mapping independence

Each supplier feed can use completely different column names. The tool maps the SKU, price, and quantity columns independently — no need to rename columns in your source files first.

Duplicate detection within one feed

If a single supplier feed contains the same SKU twice, the tool rejects it as a parse error rather than silently picking a row. Fix the duplicate and re-upload.

Empty and missing-field handling

Empty rows are skipped automatically. Missing required columns — the SKU, price, or quantity column you mapped — produce a clear error pointing at the supplier and the missing column name.
