Choose the processor payout CSV
Use a payout or settlement export with one row per processor payout.

For a normal positive payout, the net amount is debited to the bank or clearing account, fees are debited to the expense account, and gross is credited to sales or clearing. Negative payouts reverse the bank and gross sides while fees remain an expense.
How each payout is split
The output uses QuickBooks Online journal-entry import because the bank-transaction CSV upload cannot carry a split transaction. Each source payout becomes one balanced journal number.

Common uses
- Gross, fee, and net payout reconciliation
- Balanced two- or three-line journal splits
- QuickBooks journal-entry CSV output
- Browser-local processing
Why does the tool create journal-entry rows instead of a bank-transaction CSV?
QuickBooks Online bank CSV upload accepts transaction rows but does not encode accounting splits. Journal-entry CSV import supports multiple debit and credit lines under one journal number, so it can represent a net bank deposit, processor-fee expense, and gross sales or clearing amount in one balanced payout entry.
