Google Ads Offline Conversion CSV Format in 2026
Understand the Google Ads offline conversion fields for enhanced leads and legacy GCLID imports, then map a CRM CSV safely before upload.
Google Ads has two relevant offline-click workflows in 2026. Enhanced Conversions for Leads is the recommended path for new lead measurement, while the older GCLID file format remains a legacy workflow for existing offline conversion imports. Do not treat the two as interchangeable.
Core conversion fields
Every imported event needs the conversion action name and conversion time. Depending on the workflow, matching can use first-party lead data such as email or phone and a click identifier such as GCLID. Google recommends continuing to send GCLID when it is available. Optional fields such as conversion value, currency, and order ID make the event more useful and can help with deduplication.
The mapper can output Google Click ID, Email, Phone Number, Conversion Name, Conversion Time, Conversion Value, Conversion Currency, and Order ID.
Enhanced leads versus legacy GCLID
For enhanced lead measurement, map at least one user-provided identifier such as email or phone together with the conversion name and time. Keep a GCLID column when your CRM stores it. Google may require hashing or other handling of user-provided data depending on the import route, so follow the instructions shown in your Google Ads account.
For an existing legacy click import, the key trio is Google Click ID, Conversion Name, and Conversion Time. Google now recommends upgrading eligible setups rather than starting a new GCLID-only implementation.
Map before you upload
CRM exports rarely use Google's field names. A sales system may call them click_id, stage, closed_at, amount, and deal_id. The mapper lets you choose the corresponding source column and streams a new CSV locally in your browser up to 200 MB.
Nablyx does not upload the file or send the rows to Google. It prepares the column layout; Google Ads still performs the final validation of identifiers, timestamps, consent, conversion-action names, and account-specific import rules.
